Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through our chat assistant. All bookings are subject to technician availability. Online bookings require a minimum of 12 hours advance notice. Same-day service is available by phone and subject to availability.
We will confirm your appointment by phone or email. Arrival times are provided as windows and are estimates — traffic and prior job duration may affect arrival time.

A $88 diagnostic fee applies to each service visit. This fee covers the technician's time to diagnose your plumbing issue and provide an upfront quote. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with Burtech Plumbing to perform the repair or service recommended.
If you decline the repair, the $88 diagnostic fee is due at the time of the visit.
We provide flat, upfront pricing before any work begins. No surprise charges — the price quoted is the price you pay. Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We do not charge extra for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 760-634-5134. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings.
We stand behind our work. If you experience an issue related to a completed repair within a reasonable period, contact us and we will make it right. Warranty coverage varies by job type and parts used — our technician will explain applicable warranties before work begins.
Burtech Plumbing's liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from plumbing conditions pre-existing our service visit or from customer-delayed action on a quoted repair.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
